After replacing my stock exhaust with a BADP 5" system with DPF delete, I'm still going into regen and white smoking! Other mods are: EDGE JUICE with Attitude, and an AFE Mega Cannon 2 intake.

 

I put on the Flo Pro system without the Edge and I am regenning too!

 

This a normal reaction with the EGR map deleted by the Edge Juice program. What is happening is your are triggering the ECM back up system DPF timers. The process should last about 10 minutes and will cycle through the DPF timer process, and then will repeat about every 1000 miles.

I would expect to see ETC, CEL and P0106 codes as a result of this activity. If you attempt to clear the codes you will likely end up with some that make no sense at all, and the P0620 Generator Control Circuit is in that category.

I would contact Edge and have a discussion about whatever fix they have this week. This is kind of one of those things you will live with and it will be worse in cold weather than in warm weather because the EGR is not functioning and the temperature sensor is not reading enough heat.

Regarding the second problem with the Flo Pro, the problem is not the muffler, but once again the Edge. Contact the manufacturer for the latest fixes, if any have been sorted out yet.

If Edge has any fixes, post the results, as a lot of people are experiencing this same issue, or are living with 7 mpg fuel economy and not yet aware of it.

 

RCW - I am not using the Edge. I just have the 3 sensors and the pressure switch hooked to the transmission.
