What set up do you guys have and have any of you tried stacking chips on the 6.7 yet. Tomorrow I will have mine stacked with edge juice and ts performance mp-8. Do any of you guys have that setup and how do you like it. Thanks

 

Have you pulled with your truck any? Is it an auto or a stick, and if its an auto how does it seem to take the power? Those are good numbers with just an Edge. What does it sound like straight piped, and how did you get around the particulate filter sensors?

I have pulled my camper and it pulls real nice, and smooth I have the manuel tranny. Straight piped it sounds ok not anything like the 5.9 it is real quiet. It has a deep sound in lower rpms and a ricey rap out sound at 3000 rpms. The sensors have thrown a few codes and detuned the motor, I am still waiting for some one to fiqure it out. I was real impressed on the dyno, since I have added alot more and I want to wait tell the trucks not detuned anymore to dyno again.

 

Well just got the mp-8 hooked up stacked with my edge and holy s&^% it made a huge difference for power the combo works really good together and it puts out some pretty good smoke too

 

I'm curious, your signature says you have a Snow Performance Stage 3 Silencer ring. I checked their website and couldn't find anything like that for a 6.7. Do they make one that works with the VGT turbo? Whats the part number for it? How does it work and how does it sound?

 

mtn trucker... He needs to put a comma in his signature.. what he meant to say is that he has a Snow Performane Stage 3 water meth kit, and that his Silencer ring is removed from the turbo.. The silencer ring is something the manufacturer puts in to make the turbo whistle a little bit quiter.
