2008 6.7???

Anyone have a 2008 yet? If so, did they work out all the emmision bugs from the 2007 6.7... I was at my local dealer and they have a boat load of 2008 w/ only a hand full of 2007 6.7 left.

The 08's do have different software but I haven't gotten any reports back yet.

3100 miles without a glitch, hands down the best cummins I have bought, I would never drive a 5.9 again. I have had mine for a month or so.

I'm in the same boat. Found a ton of '08s, only a couple '07s. I am going to check out an '07 on Monday, hopefully they don't sell it before then!

If you guys don't mind. What was the price out the door w/ the 08's you purchased. I see here at my local dealer that they have a $2,000 rebate and another incentive to bring the price down to the 4x4 Quad Big Horn Edition trucks to $42-$44,000 before the battle starts w/ the salesman.

Also they have a $4,000 rebate for the 2007.5 and financing. Looks like they are trying to pump the 2007.5 out of the lot to make room for more 08's.

Currently, there are $5000 in rebates on an '07 2500. I looked at an '08 last week and the rebates were at $2000, but the salesman said after the new year, there may be more money off. They have so much money in these trucks, hopefully the dealers will start parting with them for a better price than $42k.

Not around me that I can tell. They want sticker minus rebate. They are not coming off any that I can tell.

I am keeping my 04.5 for a while!!!!!! Nothing wrong with it and only 42,000 miles.
