2007 QC 5.9 ctd Air Conditioner

It was around 87 degrees here yesterday, so I decided to flip on the air conditioner in my truck and it sounded like there was a fan blowing or something, is this normal, It sounded like it was revving up alot more than it actually was

Generally, and I'm speaking in the most general fashion here, your HVAC system needs a fan to blow air. This is probably what you were hearing.

Cool Radiator fan

It's your radiator fan cycling on & off. You'll hear it when you stop for a minute, then take off, then it goes off. I think it turns a little all the time, you just can't hear it. It's normal, don't give it a second thought.
