So far it's happened once to me, and a couple times with my wife.

Bone stock '08 with the 6 speed, and I needed to pass someone on the highway when I put my foot into it and the throttle stuck wide open. Luckily, I was in 5th and had a bit of time to get my toes under the pedal and pop it out.

We don't have aftermarket rugs and I can't get it to repeat it. Has anyone else experienced this, and possibly have a fix?
