Got a call from a buddy. He is down and out. He has a 5.9 07 and the rear axle shut down on him. ( not sure what yet). He has access to an 03 rear axle and just needs it to get him to his spare axle. Is there any reason that wouldn't work? Obviously he might not be able to use 4x4 but... How can he stuff that axle in?

 

it its out of the same truck...2500/2500-3500/3500 its the same just make sure the gear ratio is the same
