07.5 trouble codes and starter malfunction

15,800 miles on truck and for the last two years there has been an intermittent starter problem where I turn the key to start and I can hear loud clicking underneath the truck for 1 or 2 times then the engine will turn over. It seems to do this a lot more after the truck is hot and has been shut off for 10 minutes or so, then restarted. The dealer has replaced the security modual and last week just replaced the starter. This truck has a revelco on it too. Tonight I got a check engine light that would not reset with the key cycles. I pulled the codes and got: P0192-fuel pressure sensor low,P0513-invalid skin key,P0471-exaust pressure sensor 1 performance, and P2509-ECM/PCM power input signal intermittent. Would a funky battery cause this?

Thanks,
Mike

Very possible. I had my passenger side battery give up the ghost bout 6 months ago. The good battery would drop below 8v when cranking. It would start but cause all kinds of funky troubles when the voltage would dip.

Thanks Blake, load test turned out fine on the batteries. I think I may have found the problem. There is a single flat blade connector for the wire going down to the starter (yellow with gray stripe) and when the Ravelco was installed the plug was unplugged an plugged back in. The plastic shell of the connector was fully seated but the wide, flat pin was barely making contact. I took a pair of needle nose pliers an twisted the flat pin to make better contact. This was not the fault of the Ravelco installer but that of Dodges. I cross my fingers and hope this takes care of it. It's going to the dealer Thursday for the hard MIL light.
