Loss of power

Hey guys, i have a 09 2500 4x4 with auto. It has just over 8,000 mile on it. I just put egt, boost and trans temp in and shortly after all this i started to notice a loss of power. I did not think much of it and then it started getting worse. What is the problem? I have heard that these things go into regen alot, well i have not seen mine in regen at all. I drive about 22 miles on highway a day and about 20 miles of city a day with a about 20 min of idle in a day. The wife took it for a 100 mile trip today and power seems to have gotten better, but not 100%. I am leaning towards my regen not working and the F%^&$n DPF is getting full. What are your thoughts on this?

Check your fuel filter. You may have gotten a slug of bad diesel. If that doesnt help we can go from there.

Welcome to the DTR!

Well the posting side of it anyway....

If your DPF is getting full, you should get messages on your overhead (80% full, etc). I haven't noticed a signficant drop in power during regen.

Do you have any mods? Losing power on the engine side or the trans side?

I saw that Blake.
