Xmission Pan Bolts

Changing the filter and fluid; anybody know the torque specs? Thanks!

30 ft lbs but who is counting I just snug them up till they do not leak by feel. reusable pan gasket helps out but an aftermarket pan is better adding fluid and increasing cooling capacity.

What did the magnet in your pan look like?

The book calls for 120 inch pounds or 10 ft lbs.

I stand corrected in fact the 30ft lbs was for the diff covers if my memory serves...........well don't count on that!

Sure glad you received the proper response before stripping out the aluminum!!

My apologies I'll try to do better in the future.
