Wont start help!!
Well i've ruled out anything that is outside the valve cover. Swapped pressure relief valve with one off of another pick up and it didnt change a thing. Is there another line that goes through the head to the injector or is that the injector that the line goes onto from the rail? I'm not sure if i"m building oil or not because i just changed it and i refill jugs out of a barrel and sometimes they get a little fuller then they should be. When i started it after i changed i was just a little down from full, but i didnt give it much time to drain back. I'm now a little above the full line. I thought about marking it and then driving it to see if it goes up more but i dont want to do more damage if it is a bad injector. Its not knocking and i'm not sure if its missing at an idle or if im just hearing things now. Thanks for all the help i've ruled out quit a few things so far. Might end up at the dealers but don't want to have to lie about wether or not it has been chipped. I just hate having somebody else do work on my vehicle because i'm really paticular about things when i do them and if i do it myself i know its done right, but i dont want to have to pay for injectors that might be warrantied.
Well got it to run again today, which was nice so i didn't have to push it on the trailer. While i had it running i infareded the exhaust ports on each cylinder. All of them were with in 10deg. except for number one it was 50 degrees cooler than all the rest. Also now when you would rev it up it would not idle back down for a long time. Called my buddy at dodge again, think hes getting tired of me, while we were talking I remembered that i had changed the number 4 injector line, so i took the old line and welded the tube shut and used it to cap off the rail one injector at a time. Well didn't make it far number one is bad soon as i capped it started right up. So to the dealer we go. Pulled the chip off and they said if its not in the truck when they see it that it wasnt ever there as far as they were concerned.
