I have an 07 mega cab 5.9 diesel Ram.if the truck has been plugged in overnight it starts right up. If I start it and drive to the store and am in the store 5 minutes and come out it will not start again without ether. I'm thinking it is the FCA but I'm not sure. I've recently replaced all 6 injectors and injector tubes and am at a loss.

I would start with rechecking the torque on the injector tubes.

And where did you get the injectors? Are they new or rebuilt?

 

I bought them online at the diesel store. They are new Bosch injectors. Is this a difficult process? Do I have to remove the valve cover?
