Will 315's fit with no leveling kit?

Title says it all. I am trying to keep the nose low to the ground for pulling.

Anyone have pics?

Thanks!!

I ran 35's for a while with no lift. Added the spacers because at full lock the tires were rubbing the control arms. Looks great with the spacers also.

On my 04.5 with the snowplow package I run 315's & H2 rims no rubbing...same thing with my 06 without plow package even though it looks closer than the 04.5

Before I installed suspension I ran 315's stock with no rubbing. I have the steel wheels with crome covers. Truck looked much better than stock tires. Lost about .5 mpg.

Mine when I used to run 315s. I really liked them but I'm in a power mode and those rob you of 15-25hp and I can't have that. I have since gone to 285s and I like them but the 315s looked better. No lift on my truck either....

I had rub on the control arms at full lock with the stock wheels. No rub with H2 wheels (less backspace).

I ran h2's and 315's with no lift for a week with zero rubbing anywhere. Including the control arms.

[Pirate4x4 mode] Seriously, some people need to learn to use the search function. I think this thread pops up every other day or so. SEARCH! [/Pirate4x4 mode]

OK, now that my little rant is over....

1) Yes, they will fit a stock truck
2) Yes, they will rub a little on the control arms with stock wheels
3) Yes, a leveling kit helps with the rubbing
4) Yes, H2 wheels or higher backspacing fix the rubbing problem.

You sure about that? With two different sets of 315s and two different OE wheels, mine rubbed. Chrome Steelies, and Forged Alloys. With the leveling kit on, mine is a lot better.

Gee, 4x4not, Mine had a rub issue with both those same exact sets of wheels!!!!! (Inside joke! )

My H2 rims did not rub until I put the flares on and then added mudflaps on top of that. Then the rubbing drove me crazy at every turn. I really didn't want to get rid of the flaps though so I sold the rims/tires instead and bought my PowerWagon wheels....
