White Smoke, runs rough when cold, new pump

I just put in a new modified (higher flow) injection pump on my 06 and now it really smokes white and runs rough when its cold. It seems to get better once its warm-5-10 minutes. It didn't do this before it quit. The old injection pump blew out 2 frost plugs and had some loose pieces in it.
I will probably get the dealer to check the injectors. Any ideas?

If the pump died it could have shed some debris into the injectors.

That and the higher volume and pressure took out the injectors.

If there is an injector problem, can I just replace the nozzles or do I have to replace the injectors?
Is it best to go with OEM or is there a better option?
Cheapest place to buy them?

Thanks!

I also loosened a couple of lines at the injectors to bleed the air when I replaced the pump. Could this have affected anything?

Bleeding the line will not have hurt anything. As for the injectors there are too many options to list depending on what you want to do with the truck.

Post more information on what you want your truck to do and I am sure one of the injector guys will comment, most of them post more in the performance forums so you may want to post your injector repair question over there.

I just want to get it running properly again and if it would improve the mileage, that would be great Don't really want to spend any more money than I have to.
