I just turned 18000.The dealer that I bought my truck sucks! I had a smoking issue and they told me it was normal. After the the third time back is when they reflashed the ecm. They told me that they have never seen a 5.9 that needed a valve adjustment

Has anyone noticed any gains in MPG by adjusting the valves in your 5.9L?

Just curious.
