ok here is the dilema..
drove an 04 HO in PA and loved it...
The SO is the only motor available in NY though... BUt from this site I have heard rumors of the 50 state legal HO...
When do you think it will be available? Or will it ever be available...
Do you wait? I don't need the truck right away I am ok will waiting a few months. just want to make sure it is actually coming. I don't want to wait for something that will never be built..

Well from what I have been reading on this and other sites the common guess is that it will be available 1st week of Jan, this is also the reason for the production delay untill then.
