And the kicker Dang right its got a "BAD" diesel! Just not the right kind of bad right now.

 

Could be as simple as a bad injector or could be as bad as a spun bearing...

 

And they still want $16K for it, even though they want you to replace the $8500.00 engine, and the truck has over 120K miles on it. Steering wheel looks disgusting. WOW....

It's probably a truck somebody beat on pretty good, trashed the motor, and then stopped making payments. Truck gets repossessed, goes to auction, and they bought it.

 

I agree, I'm happy with my rig, except wanting a 6 speed from time to time. Was just curious. Seems if it went through an "82 point inspection", that they may have a better idea of what was up.

It does seem crazy overpriced, as others said, it could have been a repo etc, its amazing the kind of life a vehicle can have and how well hidden it can become.
