long crank times

have a 04 3500 srw 6 spd 4wd that has long crank times. doesnt matter if it hot cold or warm. we reprogramed the ecm as per tsb # 18-033-04, the most current tsb for hard start cold/hot. any info would be much appericated.

Had a similar problem with the identical truck. Truck actually stopped and would not restart for 15 plus minutes. In tank pump replaced and problem still not solved. Finally determined it was the fuel rail modulator. Replaced and runs and starts great.
