I just bought an 04 model year dodge. The window sticker from the dealer saya it has the HO diesel wich correct me if i am wrong came with the 04.5 trucks. My question is how do i know for sure if my truck is the 04 or 04.5?

 

look on the drivers side of the motor. itll say 305 or 325hp i do believe. the 305 is the 04 and the 325 is the 04.5

also look under the truck, if it has a catalytic converter, 04.5 and up.
