Weld just broke behind the downpipe. Ok to drive home?

Sitting at a gas station on I-55 right now. Just a min ago sOmething let go and the truck got really loud. Stopped to check and it was the pipe weld after the downpipe. It's about 1/2 way off. So I need to know, am I ok to drive with just the downpipe or do I need to find a shop to put it back together first? I have a about 90 miles to home.

Thanks!

Just be careful, you may end up melting some stuff under the truck. Is it behind the cab? You can get carbon monoxide poisoning from inhaling the exhaust for too long. Open the windows to be on the safe side. Should not hurt the truck though.

Okay cool, thank you! I was going to strap down the exhaust pipe to the crossmember, but it's definitely not going anywhere, and you have a good point about melting. Thanks again.
