Weird problem and no code.

I have a friend truck, that when in "D" (drive) and stoped the engine start to accelerated, if you switch to "N" (neutral) the engine goes to 2000 rpm or 2500 rpm and slowly goes down to normal idle speed...
He take it to the dealer and they have found nothing yet...
O almost forget is 2004 turbo diesel dodge ram 2500.

Strange one. Sounds like an APPS unit or cable binding issue TV or throttle cable. 04 and 04.5 do not have drive by wire.

Ok i forget the year is a 2005, and im not shure but i think is drive by wire....
