OK, Heres the deal. Nov,07 I took my truck to the dealership for erratic shifting(68,000 Miles), after spending more than 2 weeks at the first dealership they could'nt find anything wrong but could'nt fix the problem either. I took the vehicle to another dealership(Dec 13 07) recomended by a friend of mine. 2nd dealership replaced the out put speed sensor, this seemed to have fixed the problem. I voiced my concerns about the tranny to the 2nd dealership service mgr. since it was so close to the end of the warrenty. The service mgr. noted this in his cpu, just in case there was any more problems later. Well today @ 73,000 miles the tranny is toast, no movement forwards or backwards, done. I have called Chrysler Customer Support, the support team says they feel it warrants looking into, since there is a past history. Has anyone had anything like this happen to them before, if so did Chrysler make it right or was the customer left holding the bag?
