I've got an '05 5.9 its got 69,000 mi. My local dealership says it is not warranty to adjust the valves however he says it it recommended to be done between 75,000mi-100,000mi. I'm just wondering if anyone has delt with this situation and if so what was the outcome?

 

maintenance is never under warranty. catastrophic failure, premature wear and wear past dodges tolerance specs, could be covered if proper maintenance was observed. provided no aftermarket parts cause the failure.
