Vibration coming to a stop and accelerating

Hey all. My truck recently started acting strange. When coming to a stop the truck felt like it would shake for quick second or two and then come to a stop. I also felt a shake too after accelerating from a stop. Also was getting a strange squeak when reversing. Well took it to the shop had 2 rear u-joints replaced and the rear drive shaft. Truck feels like new again. Thought I would just post this up in case anyone has or ever has this issue because at first I thought it was the brakes sticking. Best part of it was the mechanic only charged 160 and he is one of the best in town. Not bad at all! Hope this helps if anyone ever needs it.

I have been having my u-joints sieze solid rather than eat up the needle bearings. The one on the rear driveshaft down at the axle siezed and did the exact same symptoms you described.

I then had one in the front axle (at the knuckle) sieze and it caused a "jerking" on the steering wheel when turning. (4X4)
