Does anyone, like Polyperformance or Energy Suspension make urethane sway bar bushings for 03-07 4WD trucks?

I measure my sway bar and it is 32MM diameter....

If so, does anyone have a part number or lead me in the right direction....

Greaseable would be great also!

Not looking for the sway bar end link bushings, just for the main bushings that mount the bar to each frame rail.....
