I was on another site another site and seen ther was two flashes for the 06 trucks. I am sure you know about them but here they are: 18-003-06-long crank when starting and or trans shift and battery charging enhancements for truck built on or after june 9/05 - nov 8/05(mdh0609xx,1108xx)
18-005-06- dtc correction, turbo protection and clutch durability improvement. for trucks built on or after june 9/05- may 31/06mdh0609xx,0531xx)

 

Aww man, and i thought i was gonna see some *****

 

i had the second one done....dealer was surprised they were not told to do it on every truck that comes in since it dealt with turbo longevity and was a cummins flash not Dodge....but he did mine anyhow and just put down CHECK ENGINE LIGHT as reason for doing it.

never had long crank issue so did not do first

 

Does anyone know exactly what this does? Already had the cold start flash done.

 

is the 18-005-06 the flash that also gives better MPG?
