Turns over but won't start

Hi everyone. I need some help with my 03 Dodge Ram 3500 6 speed 5.9 diesel. I installed a new power steering pump with no problems. Now my truck won't crank. It turns over but won't start . Any ideas I'm at a loss

If your truck has the OE lift pump, is it possible that while changing the hose that you inadvertently knocked the plug off the lift pump? Are you sure that it is working properly?
