i know that the stock turbo is only efficient to about 32-35 psi. if i back the boost down to only allow it to pull say 30-32 psi, will that help me or hurt me. right now the truck can hit 38 psi pretty easy, but I know its not efficent. what do you guys think?

 

You probably won't even feel the difference. Pumping super heated air is no better than not having any air.
