TSB reflash for 04.5 Auto

I have a question for those of you who have autos. I'm bringing a friends 04.5 truck in monday for the mileage flash. I also want them to enable the high idle. What reflash should they do first, so nothing gets wiped out on the second flash.

The way I undeerstand it, the first step in a reflash is to wipe the ECM clean. The last reflash should roll in all the previous fixes, so the most recent would be the one to get. Make sure it has the MPG reflash.
