Hi All,
I am looking for the TSB # for the lift pump issue. I am having the retrofit done (kit 5715537-AA?).

I checked Genos website and did some searches here but can't find?

There is not tsb for the lift pump issue. The old lift pump part number simply supersedes to the new in tank part number. Which by the way if this is for your 2004 the number in your post is wrong. You will want part number 5175540AA if you have a 35 gallon tank and part number 5175539AA if you have a 34 gallon tank. The only thing that Dodge put out is a tech tip related to the fuel pressure testing on the new pumps. It reads as follows:

Tech Tip Part Description: In-Tank Fuel Pump Kit(s), In-Tank Fuel Pump

Tech Tip Description: When troubleshooting an In-Tank Fuel Transfer Pump installed on a 1998.5 - 2004 Diesel Ram, be sure to use the 2005 model year diagnostic manual. Fuel pump flow, NOT PRESSURE is the indicator of a good or bad fuel pump. All aftermarket devices used to identify low fuel pressure are incompatible with the In-Tank Transfer Pump and should be disregarded.

From experience... if they haven't already dropped the tank, do it now and make sure it's clean. You don't want them refusing warranty because of some crap in the tank like they did on me. $1280.
