Truck missing badly...codes

So on my way to work today I pass a car get about 60 lbs of boost. Ding check engine light comes on. Truck is running fine. Check the codes 0628 and 0336 lift pump low voltage and crank positioning sensor. Start the truck after work it starts kinda rough but kicks off. Runs fine for a few miles then almost stalls at an intersection. Rest of the way home truck is missing. I feel like I barely got home. I expected I would turn it off and hear that my lift pump was not running. But it is I have one of the old fass systems that you can clearly hear running. Now I'm worried don't know what it could be. Any ideas I need my truck tomorrow!

Did you remove the original lift pump? If it's dead, it may have stopped in such a way as to block the fuel flow. I know mine was intermittent while it was on it's way out, and sometimes I could get fuel and sometimes not.

Im actually not sure. The previous owner installed the lift pump and gauges. I've been driving this thing for 80k with no issues regarding the old pump.

The old pump is most likely still on the back of the fuel filter can. Check to see if it's still there, and if it is, just remove the guts. That will definitely solve the lift pump problem, and the FASS will provide more than enough fuel to the CP3.

Replaced the crank positioning sensor. Still have problems. I will try pulling the guts out of the old lift pump if its still there.

I had a similar issue with the C sensor ,replaced it ,turned out to be a connection to the sensor. The wire loom that runs under the oil filter and thru the condenser, where it clips together ,the connectors inside the clip had almost broken off ,resoldered, no more issues, hope this helps.
