Truck died today
Returning to the office today, I slowed down to make use of the suicide lane in the centre of the road, and it felt like I had run over a few logs!!
I realized pretty quick that my motor had died, turned on the hazards and was gratefull that the truck came to a dead stop in the turning lane and not in the mid stream.
Tried for a few minutes to re-start, but no luck. Checked for codes - no codes.
Tried to restart and she fired right up.
Later in the day took her out on a quiet freeway, set xillarader to 5 and stepped on it........... no problems.
Idled around town..............no problems.
Any one got any thoughts??
P.S. I fill up at the same service station, and replaced fuel filter 2,500 mls ago.
Thanks in advance

You weren't wearing your foil hat to wasrd off evil spirits, were you?
Honestly, I have no Idea, somehow some critical info may be missing from your post.
Start with the simple stuff, like good power connections.
Next, just in case your regular fuel stop got a "Wet" batch of fuel, drain your fuel filter. Hey, it could happen, right?
I'm sure others will chime in with advice that will make more sense...

I "assume" I have good power connections, as I have not disconnected anything recently, but will check. - thanks.
Fuel filter on order with Geno's and a spare!
I really feel let down, my truck gets the best, never racing around, always warmed up - no matter how cold, etc etc.
But I still love her,
- please if any further comments or experiences will be most welcome.

Mine did the same thing yesterday. Just up and died, then started right back. Unfortunately mine died a couple more time but I was able to limp it to the dealer. It turned out to be the lift pump. Fixed in a day and thankfully covered by Dodge.
