Truck Bogs down right at 2000 RPM's

Ok so about 2 months ago i got my transducer and the governer sensor replaced...these are right next to eachother right?
The truck wasn't shifting into 2nd gear

So after i got that replaced it was good for about a month then i started noticing when i realy get on it, it doesn't pick up and go like it did.

Well it has gotten to the point where if i step on it uphill, downhill, or level it revs to 2000rpm's and then bogs down everysingle time. if i put it in neutral it will redline...only does it in drive. and it won't go over about 50mph.

03 2500 ddodge ram cummins HO...believe its a 48re

Have you change the fuel filter and air filter lately????? That is the first thing I would check.
