Transmission shift points???

What are the normal mph shift points, or ranges, for each gear with very light acceleration during city driving. Say this us up to 55 mph? Not towing anything and not in tow/haul mode.

With each gear shift what is the T/C doing? When does it start locking? I was told by my local dealer mechanic that the T/C locks in 3rd gear, then unlocks and shifts to 4th, then locks again at speeds over 50 mph. This is not what I see on my Juice monitor as for T/C locking.

Thanks

sorry, I really dont have any answers for you. But mine feels like it shifts gears a little early, and the TC will lock up in second gear. with a tripple disk it accually feels like a third gear shift. Dont know if this helps at all?

3rd gear T/C lockup

Does 3rd gear have T/C lockup shortly after shifting into 3rd? With my 48 RE transmission I do not see any T/C lockup until 4th gear. I am just trying to understand if my transmission and T/C is performed to specification.

thanks

it feels like on my 07 with light throttle the t/c locks up at 30mph and doesnt shift until 50mph when it goes into o/d.
