Transmission hot line leaking, Dorman or OEM?

Hot line is leaking where the rubber line is crimped. Any reason not to go with the Dorman line over the OEM? Dorman is about $20 cheaper. Thanks!

I just noticed the same problem. Ordered the dorman off of Amazon for 48 bucks. Did you replace yours with the dorman? Mine should be here Tuesday....

I haven't done anything with it yet. It's not leaking bad and haven't driven the truck much lately. Let me know how yours turns out.

Got it done. The Dorman was just like the oem one. Pretty straight forward, except its kind of tight above the pan. Need to use short wrenches and I was able to get to the fitting and hold the other from turning. Mine wasn't leaking badly, none the less it had a very slight weeping going on. All good now...

That's where I'm at, just a weep. I figure I'll wait till spring to do it. Then again it's supposed to be over 70 here in a couple days, lol!
