I posted this on the non-drivetrain side since I'm trying to replace my HVAC doors but, this might be a better place to post it.

I'm no small person but, I'm having a hard time removing my Transmission Gear Shift Lever Extension and I just can't break it lose. I could use a cheater bar but, I'm afraid I'll damage a shift fork or something. Does anybody have a hint own how to remove this thing?

I have a picture but, the forum won't let me post it here.

Also, my shift boot needs to be replace. Does anybody have a part number of a good CV boot replacement? The OEM is garbage.
