Transmission filter change

I came up with a pretty easy way to get the trans fluid out before dropping the pan.
Purchased 10' of clear 1/2" OD hose from the local car parts store.
Inserted a 3" long piece of 1/4" clear hose into the end of the 1/2" hose. Cut the end of the 1/4" hose at a 45 degree angle.

Now, Before you drop the pan, feed this assenbly into to dip stick tube the 1/4" hose first. Once the hoses are as far as they can go, you can syphon the trans fluid out. The 1/4" hose will reach into the bottom of the pan and get the majority of the fluid out. It also helps of you jack up the rear left side of the truck up. This will run the fluid towards the dip stick tube.
Once you do this a couple of times and get good at it, you can get about 5L of fluid out of the pan.
