the ticking noise is gone

My truck was making a ticking noise. From what I have read it was probably a injector. I made a 1 liter batch of bio diesel at home and put it in the tank and the ticking disappeared. My engine is so quiet now. I have run power service and Marvel Mystery oil as well a commercial b20. None of those made a noticeable difference. I thought this was interesting.

I've also heard of members changing their fuel filters and priming the canister with some Sea*Foam with great results as well.

My truck runs more quiet with Redline Diesel Fuel Catalyst, Power Service, and Amsoil Diesel Additive.....

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
The additives are masking the issue due to change in fuel burn rate. You still have a injector out of spec in all probability, expecially if noticabe diesel knock. It took mine over 40 K miles to go from slight tick to full blown problem.
