Thud Noise
Thud Noise
I have noticed that while driving slow, when one of the front wheels drop in a pothole it make a thud sound, like the suspension extends to it's limit, metal to metal.
Is this normal?

I just put on new shocks and got a bit of a thud in the lower shock mount. Some aftermarket shocks are a bit smaller than the stick shocks in the width department. I have heard this is common with the ranchos. You can also try and torque the bolt down tighter.
I just shimed them up is a small 9/16 washer and all was good.
