Not sure whats goin on. but im throing a abs light and a prking brake light only when i lug it down in 4 th gear and it hs a shutter to like its gettin over fueled . thats when it only comes on. then stays on for bout 15 min then resets. has anyone ever hs this issue. its only when i have my smarty on to thats all im running right now nothin else. please help

 

Would seem Smarty is fubarring the ABS module. Is brake fluild level, sensitive park brake switch, or pres differential switch messing up?

 

not sure. whenever i run my quad by it slf it wont do it. only when the smarty is on.idk if im just over fueling cause i dont have a boost fooler. i have been only running my smarty. when it hasppens. the abs and paking brake light come at the same time. if anybody has any idea. im kinda worried bout his smarty. i havnt updated the program since i bought it. i might need to do that.

 

Have you checked the sensors? Mine got frayed somehow and did the same thing.

 

I have had the exact same thing happen to me the past couple weeks. I just installed a Mitchell gear splitter, and just attributed it to that.

I'm still working through some vibration issues, and when lugging a little in 4th and 5th, it will throw the ABS light and emergency brake light on.

What smarty program are you running? I just changed to the level 7 TNT when the problem started. I never had the problem running level 9.

Are you refering to the ABS sensors? Are they the ones located in the front hub bearing assembly?

it seemed to only happen when my smarty was on by it self. i was running it on level even. not sure if that has anything to do with it.
