third brake light

"Center High Mounted Stop Lamp" or CHMSL as the service manual says. I have the wiring diagram here. If I can figure out how to get it to you...
The fuse looks like #26 (15A). But I don't think that's your problem. If it was, you wouldn't have the cargo lights or any brake lights as the brake light switch is after the fuse as well. The wire color going into the stop lamp is WT/TN which I'm guessing means white and tan. But that also supplies the cargo lights and you said they work.
I'm wondering if the bulb socket itself is the culprit.
Anyway, got a few things to do but I'll try to get this page in a format I can get it to you.
