OK. 2003 Dodge ram Cummins injectors....can they be rebuilt COMPLETELY?

I have heard from the F1 guys, they say yes, cummins people say no, as well as the diesel shop I went to. its like a stupid roller coaster ride, one second I think I am gonna be able to only pay 1500, then the next its back up to 3 grand. I would love to get this sorted. So if you have an 03, and have had the injectors TOTALLY rebuilt, I would love to hear from you.

everything can be rebuilt but the body.If the body is cracked you have to buy a core and go from there

 

i'm assuming if the body is cracked, when I pull it, it might be kinda obvious? or would that just be me getting my hopes up again....

 

If the body was cracked you would more than likely have had a crankcase full of diesel.......LOL....... Send them in Don M will let you know for sure once he gets them. I have heard good stories about some issues.......
