Stock turbo for 04?

What are the #s (example 60/14) for a stock turbo, no electronics. It's off a 2004 cummins?
I was told they are like the hybrids HX35/40.
Also what is the exhaust housing size?
And are they the same for auto and the manual?
I am thinking of buying a used one for my k5 repower, I already have a 03 manifold.
Thanks.

They are HE341w. Same for auto or man.

they have a 9cm EH. They are not like a HX35/40 hybrid (HE341w is slightly smaller)
Not exactly sure, I think they are 56mm inducer. HX35/40 hybrids can be 58-61mm inducers.

For what it sounds like you want it for, it will probably work very nicely.

I guess if the newer trucks don't have any egt issues at stock levels I should be good to go with a 92 5.9 tuned for about 250 hp on the ground. The 04 turbo I guess would produce a very fast spool and no somke, and that is good. Thanks.

It is common here on this forum to describe a turbo by its inducer size/compressor (or exducer) size/then Exhaust housing size. Example an HTT turbo that is 62/71/13ss equals a 62mm inducer/71mm exducer/ 13cm EH (the ss stands for stainless steel) This helps to compare similar turbos in terms of size. There are other meaningful and important things not mentioned with these numbers... the A/R ratio of the compressor and exhaust housings for instance.
