Stock fuel pressure for an 05?

05 dodge 5.7 diesel Cummins
Ok, so I’ve read all the threads, and it seems everyone has their own numbers for fuel pressure my 05 Cummins is reading between 6.5 and 7.2 for fuel pressure .
Is that good or bad ?? The motor was 23 degrees this morning warm- up did not change the pressure. After it got warmed up and driving pressure was 15 ish . Is that good or bad. Do I need to look for issues or what. Any help is appreciated.
