Steering wheel

When my wheels are straight my steering wheel is tilted too the left it appears too be a new lift on truck from previous owner could this have something to do with it. It drives fine going down road no pulling too left, any ideas?

I'm sure it is due to the lift. It can be corrected pretty easily. It's in the steering linkage.

If your "lift" does not include an adjustable track bar to re-center the axle under your truck this will happen (ask me how I know)... So if you don't have one you should get one then get an alignment to correct steering wheel.
