Starter bolts

Has anyone ever had a starter bolt shake loose and fall out? I was at the store last night and went to start her up and the starter just wined it's *** off. I figured the solenoid went bad and crawled under the truck with a dead blow and a flash light to "adjust" it and found that the uper bolt was missing. When I get a new one Ill make sure to lock tight it but for now ***? I know Im a gas guy but I have never even heard of this. How much for a new one?

"number 5" on the picture and almost 7 dollars out of my pocket! Im used to getting oddball used viehicles but this is nutz!
