recommed is 8 oz for 30 gallons of fuel. The pint bottles are marked. If I use the pints I punch 2 small holes in the foil seal. That way it comes out slow so it is easy to measure the amount.
I normaly use it from a 1/2 gal jug. Wally world has funnels, that are marked in oz and a on/off hose. Works well.
Not sure of best price. Dealer is about 1.98 a pt. Injector shop about half that amount.
There is a mail order site on line. Do a search for stanadyne.

Here is where I get it from. When I add in shipping, they are the cheapest place I've found.

Yeah, that place looks pretty good. They are only cheaper on certain sizes for some reason though. I will have to keep them in mind if I order the pint size bottles. I usually buy 1/2 gallon jugs.

Lowest prices on Stanadyne and Stratapore Filter Prices....they even beat GENO"s

Just buy one 8oz bottle and mark it with a magicmarker on the fill line. Then buy 1/2 gallon jugs and refille the 8oz bottle as needed.

I pay $116.00 for a 5 gallon can here in central MA. That's a $1.45 for 8 ounces. I refill an old 96 oz. Power Service jug, and then use that to refill 2 One Shots that I keep in the door pocket.

I buy Stanadyne in a 12 pack case of pint bottles from a local diesel service shop. I place a 1/3 and 2/3 mark on each bottle with a Sharpie. I usually fuel up with 1/4 of tank showing (usually 20 gal or so to fill ) and add 1/3 of a bottle (1 bottle is good for 60 gal).
