If u want to get rid of wheel hope u need ladder bars($$$) or 4-link($$$$). Something to keep your rear axle from rotating and causing wheel hop. I know 1st hand that wheel hop can cause you to break the output shaft on your tranny.

A dual stabilizer will help u control wobble in the stearing when running bigger tires, and help smooth out the jerking in the stearing wheel when off-road or gravel.
