Not real sure, if you look at the Spicer chart in the link, your truck should be one of the bottom two choices. One is a common joint, 5-803x, the other says n/a, but shows a 1485 series joint, which your choice is part of. Looks like you can either measure your joints out and see if that will shed more light on the choices, or order one of those joints and give it a try.

Thanks, I spent the whole weekend trying to search through forums for an answer. I asked about this joint (1485) cuz on a website (quad4x4) it says
""Dodge has used several sizes of rear driveshaft universal joints for 2003 and newer Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks. Always verify your cup diameter and overall u-joint width before ordering replacement universal joints! Most gasoline powered trucks and many automatic transmission equipped Diesel models use the medium size. Most Diesel, manual transmission pickups and early chassis cab vehicles will have the large size which is available in both greaseable and non-greaseable versions. 2007-on Ram 3500 to 5500 chassis cab trucks typically have the extra large u-joint, but again, verify what YOUR truck has before ordering!
QU40766 Large Size Rear Universal Joint for 2003-up Dodge Ram Diesel Heavy Duty and 6 Speed Rear Driveshafts is a genuine AAM 1485 series rear universal joint with 1-3/8" diameter cups and an overall installed width of just under 4-3/16".""
I did measure the cup and it is 1-3/8.
Just was wondering if anyone else had looked at this or installed it.
Thanks again, for you response.

Ok, so I ordered 3 of the 5-3206x ujoints and the 210391 carrier bearing (spicer brand) from DriveTrain America and before ordering Adam (sales rep) went and pulled the AAM 1485 and carrier and measured and compared to spicer. Exact replacements. I just installed them last weekend and perfect fit.
I had two severly bad locked up ujoints which I am guessing destroyed the rubber in the carrier. All is good now and I am happy.
I used the tiger tools to do the work and what a difference from the old socket and hammer method!!! Took me about 30 mins per joint and heaviest thing I had to lift was my impact!!!

Yep, you're right about using the proper u-joint tools; sure makes the job go smoothly. Glad you got it finished up. You have decent u-joints in there now and hopefully won't ever have to worry about them again.
