Which South Bend Clutch

Which South Bend Clutch
My Truck is totally stock and I don't tow. My auto shop says I should put in a stage 2 clutch but after talking with South Bend Clutch (SBC) and reading their information, they recommend the stage one. Any ideas would be helpful
