Sounds Like Sand Inside the Tire
And a highway speeds, I have a light, constant vibration. I replaced the left front hub cause that's where the noise was coming from. I also sprayed the back of the pads with squeal stop then to. I set the front end on stands and rocked the wheel back and forth. I didn't see any play in the axle joints, but that probably doesn't mean they're almost, or are actually gone.
Please help me as I'm not really interested in having to fight the front end changing axle joints.

Just a plain ole guy
Put your spare tire on and see if it goes away. i doubt any noise from something inside a tire is going to be heard going down the road. Is the inner fender liners loose and might possibly move and rub? it's probably something but not sand inside a tire.

I had a similar noise and thought it was the bearings - after replacing the front axle u-joints it was gone. A lot of play and really worn per the shop that did the work. I only really noticed the noise in reverse though, which I thought was kind of wierd.
